The Tech was awesome and got the microwave working again. He was courteous and careful. I was not please with the fact that first shipment of parts were damaged causing a delay in the repair. A new way to package the parts should be found. I was also not please with the cancelled repair appointments. After the first visit where the parts were not functional we had the next appointment scheduled on a Tuesday which was then rescheduled for the following Saturday. Then the morning of the Saturday appointment, the appointment was canceled last minute and rescheduled for the next Tuesday. During those missed appointments we stayed at home and did not get our activities taken care of thinking someone was coming. Again, the tech was outstanding but the parts were shipped damaged and missed appointments caused wasted time for us.

During several visits to our home, Drew consistently presented himself with courtesy and professionalism. Sadly, the problem with our microwave proved impossible to repair. However, Drew's efforts to make the repair never dissipated.

Good guy he did everything he could although I'm still concerned about our microwave. It's old and it's glitchy sometimes it heats more than other times sometimes less at the same setting. But of course he couldn't ascertain that just being here and trying it a couple of times. Everything in our kitchen is from Sears and it was the best at the time. So he told me if something goes wrong with it they're not going to have any parts to fix it. That being the case, what will they do will they replace it. Please answer my question

It was a pleasure having William come to our home and look at our microwave. He was patient, and very personable. He ran all the necessary tests, and even though he found nothing wrong with our micro, he was very thorough and he has our vote of confidence. If the microwave fails to function properly again, we will ask for William to come and look at it.
