Sayed was good, as hoped. My comments go to Sears, which are why, when we explained the original problem clearly, the first technician did not arrive with any parts that could potentially fix the issue, rather this second appt had to happen. Secondly, we received 15 emails about 2 appts, not to mention untold texts. Total overkill.
