Rendel was Punctual, Kind, Knowledgeable along with Kareem. Kareem was great as well. I love how Rendel took his time and showed his Trainee Kareem how to do the work the correct way. He showed Patience, and ppl don't have that no more. #Awesome team

Joseph looked over our combined oven and microwave. He identified the microwave door hinges as being the problem. He worked on and adjusted the hinges so that the microwave door would close better. He gave us an estimate for replacing the hinges, but we agreed his adjustment of the present hinges would suffice for now. He also alerted us to the existance of appliances warranty by Sears. Overall, we were happy with the service that Joseph, the technician, provided for us.
