Greatest Ever
Bob was really helpful in explaining to me what the issue was with my washer in literally 3 seconds. He was impressive because he told me that he consulted in a co-worker about the issue with my refrigerator. I can't tell you how amazing and knowledgeable Bob was and on top of that a really nice guy. Thank you Bob!

This review is actually for Jonathan, not Carlos. He gets 5 stars because he FINALLY got my microwave working again!! On another note, I was informed that my signature was FORGED, on a damage form, by Martin. I've only ever signed ONE and that was today, with Jonathan. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
