Send someone else. I want my microwave fix wanted to do things the other two technicians didn't required . I wasn't let him take my microwave down he could have fix it where it was none of the other technicians want me to sign anything everyone could be consistent when they do repair

Douglas did not fix my microwave, Travis P. The app that is being used does not work properly. It showed Douglas was coming at 3:30 and Travis called at 10:55 and showed up around 11:10. It still showed Douglas was coming at 3:30 after Travis arrived. Travis was very professional.
