Failed Repair - GE Cafe Microwave
Mathew came out and discovered one of the capacitor wires was burned and frayed, not conducting. Mathew retrieved new parts and put it together. The control panel and inside lights lit up so we thought all was good and he had me sign his pad. Within minutes after he left I did the coffee mug water test, it did not heat up. I called Mathew and he came back and took it apart again. Two connectors to what looked like the transformer were not connected. He connected them and the turned on the microwave and heard a loud pop. He tried heating the coffee mug and it did not heat. He then tried to trouble shoot it and now nothing works. Nothing will turn on and the control panel will not light up. I originally requested a GE tech but could not get one. In addition, it was put together quickly and screws are not in their exact location they came out of. Lots of time spent with a terrible result. I need this microwave fixed ASAP or replaced with a new one.

Still does not work with new part.
Joe was very nice on Sept 8 and today. Part ordered and it arrived. Joe came today and replaced part. Microwave still does NOT work. He left after the part was installed. I tried to heat lunch. Microwave is NOT working. Please send him back today. I have been without my microwave for 3+ weeks. I have reached out to Choice Home Warranty.

Disappointed
This technician came into our home more concerned about payment upfront before he even asking or trouble shooting the issue. Please do not ever send him back to our home. Simply rude!

No help
It would have been nice to get it fixed. He was here 5 minutes and insisted that since the serial number had faded off the paper, something I told them when I booked the call, he couldn't fix it. All that information is on a plate underneath on the bottom of the microwave. So I am out my service call fee to wait all day to be told no fix What an absolute jerk and rip-off. It was a ten minute fix.

More Damage Than Repair
This service has been dispatched to fix my OTR Microwave 3 times. The first time it was damaged more, the second time, the parts needed were diagnosed and the need for an additional tech. The third time, the tech never showed, instead called and said the OTR Microwave was inaccessible because it's hanging over the range. By definition the microwave is an Over The Range Microwave. It's been over a month, my microwave isn't fixed.

A total jerk
Came about a 15 year old microwave. He looked at the microwave. Never asked me anything about it. Went out it van and then insulted me and said he believed this 15 year old microwave had been abused and he would never let it look like that in his house. For the record:: the machine was dirty because we were afraid to do anything to it after the microwave had stopped working. But he took the chance to be rude, and left. He told me that he knows nothing about installation so he didn't know what would happen next.

No understanding
No one showed up. Got a notice that he had arrived but didn't. Notified that parts are in NLA research. He should have at least stopped and explained what's going on. Second time that he has been scheduled and failed to show up

Not a good experience
got out truck took a picture of our front door got in truck and left later we got a sorry we missed you email I was looking right at him ..second week new tech issue resolved with microwave but have serious issues with Sears. Look to hear from us ..
