Service time
This was the absolute worst service I have ever had! it took Sears over 45 days to HONOR its appointment times. And many of the reschedule were NEVER communicated to me. I took vacation days to be here, only to get a cancelation update once I CALLED TO CHECK the status of the technician. I can not get my vacation days back!

You sent one man out to diagnose a microwave that requires two people to dislodge for a thorough analysis. You are frauds.

Terrible service
This is about the 7th appointment (at least 3 prior they never showed up and then rescheduled me for WEEKS later). He was 2 hours late and tried to get out of doing the job! He tried to convince me the part ordered isn't what was needed and he could just get me another microwave. I made him fix it and it now works. We have been trying to fix this microwave for FIVE months. Terrible service and way overbooked and apparently short staffed.

Broke our microwave brace over stove
He fixed the microwave but broke the brackets that hold the microwave up. We can no longer use our microwave

Microwave not working
Choice Home Warranty called you to fix my microwave. Many strange things happened on your end. I got confirmation of 2 different time slots for the technician to arrive. (10/02/23) All the same date but one in the morning and the other the afternoon. Technician came in morning and stated he fixed unit by replacing fuse. That evening Microwave again did not work (same symptoms as before fuse replacement) Still not working. Then I received my third phone call at 6:10 PM (same day in the evening) 10/02/23 I received another call stating the technician would be out between 2 and 4 p.m. on 10/02/23 (the same day as the initial visit and way past the assigned appointment scheduled). My microwave does not work, and the process you use for informing your clients about their upcoming appointments is broken. Additionally, the emails I received were numerous and stated that you could not fix the microwave without ruining the floor? Not sure who signed that paperwork. Signature is different that other one. It is a built in and I NEED MY MICROWAVE FIXED!

Incompetent Repair Service Broke Combo Microwave/Oven
John was not the original service person assigned, but came along with the original service person the last two visits. In August, we called Sears as the handle on our combo microwave oven door had broken, as the screws had broken off into the door unit. The microwave and oven still worked. The same service person came to diagnose the problem and after taking off the door, advised that a new handle would have to be ordered, to which we agreed. The next day, when we attempted to use the microwave, the user interface no longer operated correctly as the start button did not light up, making it impossible to use the microwave. The oven, however, still worked. The same repair person returned and was made aware of the new issue. Problem diagnosed as an issue with the user interface board and advised we had to order that part. The oven still worked. The next visit, the same repair person returned with a partner and removed both the microwave and oven doors, as well as the user interface. After replacing the user interface, the issue was not resolved and now the diagnosis was there was something wrong with the sensors where the latches of the microwave door close, so the user interface is not sensing that the door as closed and thus, would not allow the microwave to start. He then removed the new interface and put the old interface board back in place and advised that they would order the sensors. That evening, the oven now would not work, giving off a C-A2 code. The same person returned, with John, and now it was the cooling fan that was the alleged problem. Same person returned, with John, and cooling fan did not have right component, so had to order it. Same person returned today, with John, and could not fix the issue, so advised us the company said they would not schedule any more services and just to refund the money. Two months later and 6 service calls later, we went from a broken handle to completely broken appliance. BBB Complaint filed.

disappointed
