Fixable or not??

I felt like he was more worried about getting the money for the deductible more than trying to fix the appliance. He thought he knew what the problem was and it wasn't. When he needed to contact the home warranty company he took all his stuff and left without telling me he was leaving. He then called me trying to explain what the real issue is with the appliance. He tried to say it has been messed with before. We have NEVER had it worked on before. It has worked just fine up until a week ago AND it is 7-8 years old. I was very insulted. I just wanted it fixed and now I have no idea if it is fixable because he did not tell me one way or the other.

The tech got here early which was great. The repair was made quickly also great. We tested it and heated a cup of water. 4 hours later when we wanted to use it for dinner, nothing. Error codes.

Horrible Experience

The worst experience I have had. Service Repair man extremely unprofessional. Said he would not take down microwave, we went ahead and took it down, he said he would be right back in and left. He never even looked at the unit. Said it looks like something exploded, the unit looks brand new except for some grease from the stove top. He also mentioned that we are responsible for anything over $300. I spoke with Assurance and they do not understand why he would say anything about what is covered or not. He told us that parts are not available for the unit, We have no idea about a solution since he just left. We do not want this service representative back.

Microwave door needing repair

Abdul Aziz needed help finding my house. Required I go two blocks down street to help guide him to my house. Came inside and looked at interior of microwave. Seal which prevents radiation leak is broken. He declared glass seal cosmetic aspect. It is a safety feature for the microwave. I do not recommend Sears Service department. Poor service provided for customer.

Microwave still not working!!

He was professional, not messy at all and good personality. Microwave still not working after the repair parts put in. HELP!!

Technician did not try the vent, which was the issue. Said there was nothing that could be done after looking it up on his phone. Also was supposed to have come in 11/30 and when asked about it did not seem to remember and said the notes said someone knocked, but we were home all day and have dogs that bark excessively when someone is even near the door. Plus I never received a text that the technician was on the way on 11/30 as I did on 12/14. Needless to say, the issue has not been resolved and I will be calling for another appointment and asking for a different technician.
