Very pleasant and professional, as all of the technicians have been.My only adverse comment would be the service time window is too long(8-5),maybe shortened it to 8-12 or 1-5 block of time.

He was wonderful but unfortunately the part was not correct and he will have to come back when correct part arrives and I will have to recall service center to schedule. It wasn't his fault that the wrong part was sent and he has been very patient and helpful trying to get the microwave fixed.
