Nothing got fixed Once again
I was given a time between 8-5 to fix the microwave that was previously supposed to be fixed. No notice as to when they would show up at all. This is the 3rd time I have been given the time between 8-5. I bought a warranty and it has been a month and a half and it still hasn't been fixed. To schedule again it will be at least another week maybe 2 and will get the same run around between 8-5. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Tech was at my home to work on microwave unit.
Service was good and tech was very professional. Parts to repair were no longer available.

Poor service!
Too long to provide repairs after service call and parts were delivered. Scheduled and then rescheduled several times. It makes you have to be waiting for repairman to come from 8-5 several days because of rescheduling after you have waited. Very frustrating! I do not recommend to others! Only took about an hour to replace the parts and get our microwave convection oven working once they got here. The problem was just getting them here. If you are unable to get to the customer sooner than mine (one month) , I do not believe you should take the job!

Frustrated, Unhappy Customer
What is wrong with your Sears personnel? Keith never arrived! I received Txt verifying time of arrival from Sears service dept. but a No Show of a repairman. Frustrated, waited 6hrs! Concerning this; I've tried communicating with several Sears warranty/service Reps. My Calls were put on Long holds and hang-ups. Still nothing accomplished. No service repair man ever showed up at my residence on 8/26/24. No service repair as of yet, on my microwave. I Still need replacement of screws, also Deductible Waived as written by Dean -Warranty Dept.

Poor service!
So I had an appointment this morning for my microwave to get serviced and absolutely no one showed. No one called or informed me that they were not coming! It's been over a month now that I haven't had a working microwave! This is ridiculous at this point.

Unhappy
I informed the technician I would be out for a meet-the-teacher appointment late afternoon, but, otherwise, I would be home. He said he would contact me when it was closer to time. I never heard back. When I checked for an update, the system said the claim was closed out due to me declining service. I never declined service, and now I'm continuing to be without a working microwave. This is unacceptable.

Worst repair person (s) 3 males
It was the worst experience thinking I was just disgusted at the fact that the technicians would have the professionalism to demonstrate back to the customer that it was completed And in good working condition however when I went to turn the microwave on it didn't work ….while they were working I was in the garage ….i did ask the technician if the microwave was fixed and he said yes….when i finally called the Technician back that the microwave was not working he told …I can't do anything about this I already closed the ticket and i can't go back on it so you have to deal with it…call back to the warranty dept….absolutely WRONG ….he needs classes to complete on customer relations before going out again. Never called ahead of time
I am moving out of a house and needed a microwave fixed. I told Sears multiple times through text and calls that I wasn't living at my house and needed to be called ahead of time when the tech was on his way so I could be there for the appointment. They gave me an 8am-5pm window so super unhelpful. The guy showed up at 8am sharp, didn't call ahead of time, no notice. Said he saw the vacant driveway and left. Didn't think in that moment to even call me to check. I found out through an automated email he canceled it. I've tried calling sears again and again to get it done today and all I get are bots and "we'll put you on the list to be called back do you don't have to wait an hour". Guess how many callbacks I've gotten? Zero. Every time we use Sears they absolutely suck. Unresponsive and unreliable. Guess I'm paying out of pocket for this microwave...
