Microwave repair
Repairment diagnosed a broken thermostat due to 11 years of range cooking under microwave, causing fan to come on. They ordered a new thermostat and received a wrong one In second repair visit they bypassed the thermostat with a wire, the microwave run for a second and blew a fuse Then they reported a power surge caused the blown fuse, and did nothing

Disgraceful of time
I rearranged my whole day for an appointment time of 9-12 today. Technician no called, no showed. Didn't get a call until 1:30. All ready changed providers. I understand things happen like trucks breaking down but the homeowner needs to be made aware during the scheduled time.

person pretending to be a repairman for your company!!!
This man came to my home to repair my microwave. He said he could not find the part for my over 10 year microwave. He spent his time in my kitchen doing a sell pitch for insurance for all of my appliances. He charged me $249.00 to listen to his sell pitch. I still have no working microwave and $249.00 less in my account. You will be hearing from me later, after I calm done for this ROBBERY.

Not satisfied can't reach a human
The tech was nice. I thought he had fixed my microwave. But 45 minutes after he left I attempted to use the microwave and it again tripped my breaker switch. I attempted 5 time to get a person through customer service but each time the phone disconnected. What does it take to get a human on the line. I waited 5 days to have my microwave fixed. A technician so call fixed it but it's still not working. Signed disappointed.

Company doesnt know what they are doing.
This issue was taken care of several weeks ago!! Dennis was very polite. Not his fault that he was scheduled to do a job that was already done. I'm glad I was able to reach him so he didnt make a wasted trip!!

Most Unprofessional Technician Ever
This technician got to my house and text me saying that it looks like to had been a fire. I asked him to send me a picture of it. He sent me a picture. There was no smoke, or burn marks, just erosion of the plastic covering that exposed the metal. After looking at the picture I told him that it had been like that for a while since I lived there and there was never a fire. I also asked him was the microwave heating up. He never answered my question, he sent me the same message saying that it was dangerous. I asked him could he talk. He said that he was on the phone with cinch. He told me that Cinch would be contacting me about my options and that they would not be preparing the microwave and Cinch would be contacting me. After he sent that I waited from 8:58 until 11:17 and I text him and I asked him to please give me a call with an update because Cinch had not contacted me. He told me I would now have to contact them. I said ok but I also asked what were his findings as I would like to know what's going on and what you reported. He said my findings are in the report to them and I would have to contact them again. I said thank you. I texted him back asking him if he let my tenants know what was going on he said "No, they do not speak English." I asked him did he leave any documentations about his findings with them he said no. I said thank you. The lack of communication concerning what he deemed to be dangerous in my home was very negligent on his side. There were not directions, suggestions, and or tips from him to tell me to let my tenants know that they should not be using it. There was no report giving to me so I can direct my tenants. He wouldn't even tell me if the heating agent in the microwave still worked or not. I have had many technicians to come in my home who have given their expertise concerning my appliances. Their advice, or tips simply helped me and or my tenants navigate through the issue safely until they were fixed. Ken was terrible!
