Terrible experience
Tech showed up, said it was a two man job, never took anything apart, went by my husbands diagnosis, estimated 1200 in parts and was gone in less than 20 minutes. Would never recommend this company

Not a good technican
This is the same person that came to my home Friday and left sighting he had an emergency. On Monday morning he took my microwave apart and said he needed another technician to help him reach the fuse and stated he would need to come back again although he had the part! This was a complete waste of my time and money!

Very bad experience
Tech was disrespectful. Even with his years of experience he needs to learn to have some refresher courses in his interpersonal Skills with dealing with his customers in their homes. Maybe since I was his 5th customer he was too tired to troubleshoot my appliance

No show.
After making 6 appointments to repair my microwave, no one has ever showed up for any of the appointments. Each appointment day I waited from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. before you cancelled my appointment and then rescheduled it. The last appointment you indicated that the technician was at my house, making the repair. That is a lie. No one ever showed up. I have now wasted 6 days of my time waiting for someone to show up to repair my microwave. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

There was to techs one was very rude, told me to be quiet while they 🤔 they left my kitchen a mess, didn't pay all this money to be told to be quiet 😤

Unpleasant individual, but issue was resolved
I recently had someone perform a service to repair our microwave and inspect our furnace. While I believe this person had the necessary technical knowledge, their demeanor toward both my wife and me was rather rude, unprofessional, and occasionally inappropriate. Some of the comments made toward my wife, while not outright disrespectful, were not suitable for someone providing a home service. Both my wife and I felt uncomfortable and upset by the interaction, particularly her. For this reason, I would not want this individual to return to our home for future services. That said, the issues with the microwave and furnace were resolved successfully.

It's not fixed.
After Saul left and we were told our microwave was fixed, I tried to use it for the first time the next day, and the exact same problem persisted as if he was never here. This was after an appointment that was set for 8am-12pm was missed and Saul did not arrive until 4:37pm.

GE Microwave REPAIR
I HAVE THE WORST EXPERINCES FROM SEARS. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TECNICIANS BUT WITH THE MANAGEMENT. IT IS EXTREMLY POOR. IT HAS BEEN OVER FOUR MONTHS SINCE THE REPAIR OF MY MICROWAVE STARTED, TO THIS DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND I CAN NOT USE MY MICROWAVE. EACH WEEK THE MANAGER OR MANAGEMENT SENT TECNICIAN TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT MAKING SURE THE PARTS THEY CLAIM WAS ORDERED HAS BEEN SHIP AND CONSTANDLY SAYING PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST WHICH IS A LIE JUST TO MAKE THE COMPANY BELIVE THEY ARE DOING THIER WORK. FOUR PARTS WAS ORDERED I HAVE RECIVED THREE FOR THE PASS TWO MONTHS. NO ONE SEEMS TO FINE OUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THE COMPANY THEY ORDERED FROM . AT THIS POINT I WISH TO CANCELE MY POLICY GET MY MONEY BACK, OR I WILL SUE SEARS HOME WARRANTY FOR ALL I HAVE ENDURE THROUGH THE MONTHS.
