He lied and never showed up 4 TIMES! The parts to fix my microwave are sitting on my kitchen table, but no technician 4 times in a row. He sent pictures of a black screen saying I wasn't home. I have been home EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!! This is ridiculous, not sure how this company stays in business!!! And now I get this to review his service..ha what a joke, lack of service is more like it!!!!

This technician asked me to signed his arrival and it was not ! It was something that said that the problem with the microwave was a pre-existing problem. Lier, is not ok!

They are playing games ! I have an appointment but nobody show up and it is no the first time. They keep playing around. While I wait to get the repair. Very disappointed!! Poor costumer service from India call center.

Sears is just wasting my time with their appointments. It is the second time that give an appointment and nobody show up. It is very frustrating deal with them and the call center from India.

My experience with you is that you overbooked your technicians causing your customers to takeoff work and get zero pay for no reason whatsoever I have taken off work three days and your technicians did not show up. I was told because you overbooked the technicians now currently, I am waiting on a technician to come out and it's almost 1 PM. I very much doubt that they will show up and I am going to file a case with the Better Business Bureau and anytime I can fill out a review that gives you a poor rating. I will do so because I think consumers need to know how you treat your customers

Bennie, excellent. Cannot say the same for Sears. Long time delays and then wrong parts. Communication very difficult. Yet Sears seems to be able to process my payments on time or ahead of schedule. So far I am disappointed that I signed up with the Sears maintenance program. I have been without a dishwasher for over a month waiting on repair.

Didn't really do anything Needed to order part, need new panels and he didn't He looked also at the dishwasher and said it's not drying so we need anew heater part , now I called again for new appointments

Incomplete paperwork

Visit was great, the guy who came out was kind and knowledgeable and we cut a check for services. The 1 star is because the backend paperwork was supposed to be submitted to our home warranty by Sears/this tech. Instead our check was deposited and paperwork lacking details needed to move forward with our warranty were submitted. We are on week 3 without our appliance or any path forward for resolution, and our home warranty has stated that Sears won't get back to their multiple outreaches. We have had to take this into our own hands now and follow up with Sears / Nelzon.
