He didn't fix the microwave; he took out some parts and left them there. He reported that it was a pre-existing problem, which caused the plan not to cover it. I spent more than 6 hours talking to all the departments at Sears, and no one could help me. Everyone told me different things. They charged me $100 for nothing. Very bad experience. Today I'm canceling the coverage plan.

Jamshid did a great job! Friendly and very efficient. But, not because of Jamshid, I will NEVER use Sears Repair again. It took over a month to get my microwave fixed. One reason after another. Your repairperson never showed up for appts on Monday and Tuesday (7am to 6 pm) of this week. We were not alerted until 6 pm for the two days. Two days of lost work. Finally Jamshid showed up on Wed and did a great job. Your customer service is unacceptable and I will never renew or purchase any contracts with Sears, ever again!!!

Still doesn't work

Our microwave still doesn't work. They just left didn't say anything about next steps. My husband tried it and it still doesn't work. Not heating and turn table still doesn't turn.

The repair didn't work

Mohammad tested my microwave by heating a mug of water. The microwave worked that one time, but stopped heating again approximately 5 minutes after Mohammad left my house.

Bad service- walk away in compete service

This unprofessional dude, Tech- Tajmohammad k. litterly walked away and can't complete the GE microwave repair for total cost of $610.00 was paid. This GE microwave repair was quoted and paid last week in full of $610.00. The charge of $249.99 of diagnostic fee was applied into the total cost of the repair cost. This unprofessional dude ordered microwave parts last week and scheduled to complete his repair today 09/26/2025 1pm-4Pm. Upon finished installed all the microwave parts; the microwave is still not working and he said he needs $1,400 to complete the repair. I informed the unprofessional tech that you are fully responsible for the additional charges due to your unprofessional missed diagnostic skill. Please contact the landlord. He did not contact the landlord and walk away from the incomplete repair. Due to Sear home services did not have live support; only Ai support. I have escalated the issue with only AI Smanda with high level of management. I hope this unprofessional dude not harm any other Sear customers in the future.

Wrong information

The replacement for my built in Microwave is a countertop model. I call contacted the AJ company and they confirmed the part number I was given as counter top. Also was not w/ a Stainless Steel and a trim kit. Is needed. Especially irritating because you guys made it a point you don't service counter top microwaves. Several calls have been made which a replicable company would have sorted out before telling errors to customers. Who would recommend you guys? I don't see how you care. Two additional calls after that one and your computer is down so I can't get any answers or confirmation of anything necessary to replace my microwave.
