Guy showed up. Said he wasn't allowed by company policy to work on my unit. Took my money and left. What a ripoff

TECHNICIAN MAY BE OK BUT SEARS SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF 0/10
Waited in all day yesterday for my appointment between 8am-5pm. Received a phone call from the automated Sears line but not from the technician. Tracked on my computer and saw the technician was one stop away and then the next moment it showed as our service was completed! The automated phone line is a joke to try and sort anything out so I ended up making a new service call for today. This time I received a text from Sears showing the incorrect address which I tried to rectify but then the app was trying to verify via our landline phone. Managed to get in via email but couldn't change the service address. Therefore I wrote to the technician with the actual address via special instructions. I tracked online again and it showed, one stop away, you're the next stop, and finally complete. No phone call/message from the technician. I did receive a SEARS message to thank me. However it now shows the name of the owner of the incorrect address. What is going on? Ive just put in the service order a third time. I would like to speak to an actual person. This is frustrating and time consuming. Maybe Raymond the tech feels the same way Ughhh!

Nice Man. Didn't Fix Problem.
The technician showed up on time and was quite pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the microwave he fixed worked for one night and then immediately broke again in the morning. Trying to reschedule with Sears was a nightmare that took more than 1/2 hour. And I have no confidence that they can fix this. What they can do is take $250 for 15 minutes of a technician's work.

Technician GREAT-CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE
I spent a full day waiting with no direct contact from anyone. Wasted day. Then had to reschedule since they didn't show up. There was no way to talk to a real person and to get answers. Waited all day a second day with multiple status changes and a technician came after 5 pm. Another wasted day. Since the part is no longer available, they wanted to rebuild to controller. Couldn't guarantee that would work and they won't replace the microwave without going through their time-consuming process. I'll cancel the plan and take care of this myself. Cheaper and easier. Total customer service FAIL.

Terrible tech
This guy tried to take us out of warranty by saying an issue that started the day we called (1 day before appointment) was pre-existing which is IMPOSSIBLE for him to determine. He just didnt want to fix it!!!

Criminal Commerce Actions
I find the actions today from you and your employee and the communication that was limited to your AI , criminal. The service I requested was not done properly nor communicated and processed properly. I was forced to pay aprox $248.00. This treatment is illegal. I am requesting a full refund. I do not agree to any of your guidelines or terms of use. I rate this as Zero 0 stars

Samsung Microwave
James G did not service my Samsung microwave on 10/23/25. Bennie Guzman serviced my microwave as he has in the past four repair visits. On 10/22/25 I had a confirmed appt. and no one called and no one showed up. This is not the first time this happened to me. It is totally unprofessional to confirm an appt and make someone wait an entire day and no one show up. Unprofessionalism to the inth degree.
