Closed my ticket without resolving
Came to my house with a friend. Walked into my living room and then said the other 2 technicians that came out to my house didn't know what they were doing and that I needed to buy a whole new oven. Took my parts and closed my ticket leaving me with a $942 bill for parts and services that were not completed. Will never use sears again. Will be filing BBB complaint to recoup stolen funds.

SCAM
This man does not run any diagnostics and does not explain or investigate the issue. He touched a few buttons then told us the parts were not available. He was not able to tell us what parts were needed because clearly he did not know.

Microwave repair. Not completed
Very frustrating experience. Three visits several calls the microwave is not fixed yet. But you all have charged. Can't understand how you get paid for a service not rendered .

No Show
I have been trying to get my microwave fixed since late December 2025. I have confirmed dates where the technician did not show up. When the technician finally showed up, the parts that were ordered were incorrect and so new parts were sent. Again? It did not fix my microwave. Another appointment was scheduled for 3/2, and again, a no show. But this time, I get a text from you saying the job has been completed. What a joke! Been paying $79 per month for you to either fix my appliance or replace it if you can't. I'd say you folks are breaching the contract.

No show three times
I have scheduled for this service three times and all three times, no one showed up. I have been back and forth with this issue and Sear Warranty does not want to replace my product. I don't know what to do other than contact Consumer Protection for not doing what they say they would do. Definitely will not be recommending this company.
