Left microwave with loud noise
He is generally unfriendly, unapproachable and my microwave makes a very loud squealing noise it didn't make before. He flies away so fast I couldn't catch him.

Technician had little regard for customer home. Left trash from empty wrappers & boxes on the kitchen floor. One of the technicians was standing up on the dining room chair while making his repairs. Please bring all your equipment when making repairs. Step ladders etc.

The repair was not done because the needed parts were not available. I was charged the same amount that I would have paid if the repair had been done. I thought it was expensive and I should receive a discount. I do not blame the technician for this.

He was not able to repair ice maker. Seemed not to have enough knowledge. He vacuumed the compressor coils with my vacuum and said "let's see if that works ?" Numerous appts have been scheduled but not kept. The issue has not been resolved.

After 2 plus hours could not fix microwave. Did not have proper tools or experience for hard wiring. Company should have inquired about the wiring before accepting the job.

Repair was fine but your changed policy's on renewing my contracts is not favorable for customers. Your new contracts are way too expensive! It is bad enough you don't always get a Sears repairman!

All dan did was put a cup of water in turn on nothing happened. That night i was getting sparks again . I am afraid to use it and was disappointed that that was the only thing could be done. I am not sure what else can be done to check. I will check about me getting one on my own. Cause I do not feel safe using it.

While performing the troubleshooting in my microwave Robert accidentally turned on the gas to one of the burners on my stove. I didn't realize it until I started smelling the fumes over an hour after he left!! Could have caused a fire and / or asphyxiation!!

Horrible customer service - technician not especially
My experience was a nightmare for customer service and scheduling. Making the initial appt on line went fine. The tech (John) first came out and ordered wrong part. All scheduling is done with an auto assistant and they send out messages to confirm a window without replying. They were supposed to come first day 8-12 - (after they had to order the right part) never showed had to call and found out truck was broken down, kept pushing appt up in the day even though I told them we had a dr. appt later in day they never acknowledged until I cancelled and rescheduled for next day option 8-12am. Again, never showed, kept pushing time up throughout the day from 8-12, 10-2, 1-3, 3-5 then final 4-6! Tried to call and get a rep on phone and was told NO live reps, all they did was apologize and my husband took a half day from work to accommodate this appt with no recourse and no apology. Tech finally showed up at 5:30 on a Friday night after calling to say would be there by 5 as he was still an hour away. The customer service was horrible, never a person to speak to, they don't care what time you make an appointment they just show up when good for them. Had told Raymond when he called the first day when his truck broke down and he was resolving it and would be on his way shortly to call my husband who was waiting and if he could not be there by 12 not to come as he had a dr appt at 1 and wouldn't be there. Never called or texted again, they just assigned it to someone else who was assigned to come between 12:45 and 1:17!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clearly it didn't matter that we said we would not be here and they will do what they want. Will not use this service again and would make sure you realize choosing a window doesn't make a difference to them. Only used them because of a warranty plan.
