Microwave/convection oven is too old to repair. Can't even get parts or so I was told.

After 4 Visits I thought I had final got the Micro fixed. But it NOT!! After the tech left we are unable to turn off the fan. I contacted the tech as he was getting in his van, and he said it would stop. Over an hour later it's still running. How do I get the tech to com back???

Technician found that the original install of my microwave was not properly mounted. And instead of fixing and doing it the right way, he just left it. Very lazy in my opinion

We waited all day for him to arrive just to tell us that changing lightbulbs weren't part of our maintenance agreement, with Sears, even though this concern was mentioned, when the appointment was made. Total waste 0f time for us and total waste of money spent for the AGREEMENT for MANY YEARS!!!! We planon getting Out 0f this service(?) agreement ASAP!!!!!!

I have had 2 tech visits to fix my microwave. Both techs were great calling ahead, explaining what they were doing, polite and courteous. The hours for a tech to arrive on the appointed day is 8-5 which I think is way too broad. No one showed up for One of my scheduled appointment. I rearranged and cancelled some activities that day only to have a no show. This appointment was on the website so I did mot Misunderstand the date. I was not happy. My microwave could not be repaired so I am waiting to hear when a new one will be installed.

Anthony was here and installed a relay panel, I think it's called, on my microwave. It was a part with I think two others that needed replacing. I thought everything was fine. I had to leave to do some shopping. When I returned home the vent/fan on the microwave was running. I had not turned it on. It wasn't running when Anthony left. I could not stop it by pushing the stop button. I have been without lights over my stove for months now. Sears has not resolved this problem. The first service man said he could only find two of the three parts needed to repair my microwave. He told me if Sears does not have a part that they can order…their policy is to replace the appliance. That's what I understood also from reading my policy. The second service person that came asked if I knew what was up with my microwave? I said what? He said Sears can not order the relay board or panel, so they will try to repair it. I told him what the first repair man said. He said technically Sears is supposed to replace the microwave if they can not order a new relay board/panel…but they are going to try to repair the relay board/panel. The microwave vent/fan is still starting up randomly whether I'm in the kitchen cooking or not. I can not stop it by pushing the stop button. I am back at score one with it unplugged so it is not running continually. I do not think you have been following your policy. Your repaired part has not worked and I have been without my microwave appliance and have not had use of it nor lights over my stove when I am cooking for months. It's not Anthony's fault! He installed a faulty repair job on a relay board/panel that Sears sent to my house. The microwave appeared to behave normally. After Anthony left, and said I was all set. I left to go shopping and when I returned my microwave fan was running and I could not turn it off! I have unplugged it. It IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. What is Sears going to do about this?

Two things of concern. 1 - The necessary part was not ordered and the tech had to come a second time. 2 - Having a 9 hour window to show up is unheard of. Hope to never have to use your service again.
