Finally
Once the technician arrived, the process was swift, effective and productive, so my issue is not with John, however, it occurred on the third appointment date. The previous two appointments were no shows and there was no communication. Communication shows thoughtfulness and that you are considerate of the customer. I did not feel that at all. In the 21st century, and with effective technology available, it is difficult to imagine that Sears is unable to do better and update service calls so people are not wasting time and days waiting for service. It is unacceptable.

Russell fixed one of the problems with the microwave- it heats food now. But , unfortunately, after immediately the repair the screen stopped working.

Was told replacing light bulb was cosmetic and bad light bulbs are not covered under my insurance. Really??

David came to replace the control panel in the microwave. He was polite and worked quickly. After he left, First use of stove with microwave vent fan on, the window of the microwave held condensation between the glass. It could not be wiped off. It took time for it to dry up. Unacceptable!!!

This is the 2nd time that Don came to look at the microwave. What Don does is to see what Google tell him what to do. If that's is the case of using Google to repair your appliances, no technician would ever be need it. He did not do anything he came with Google already. He did not check to see if the thermostat is working properly and needs to be replaced or perhaps the panel is going bad and may needs to be replaced? I am not a technician but at least I would check the above mention it.I feel bad for our community with this type of services that Don is providing. Thank you.

Delroy analyzed the microwave problem (door latch equipment), made the repair, tested the unit, reset the time on the unit and was out the door in about 30 minutes. He even found a way to reduce the cost of the repair. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, ability, and customer orientation.

Very professional. Replaced parts that were ordered by previous technician. Unit continued to blow fuses. He did not know where to go moving forth with repairs. He didn't do any further diagnostics.

The install and service was really really nice. My only issue is that he left the old door in the box in the middle of my kitchen.

The repair man said he'd never worked on a microwave. I've repaired some when I was younger, and I had to show him how to do it. After it was fixed and running, he broke the door and left. I don't know if or when someone is going to come back to fix it.
