Micro repair
He did a good job. Called ahead to keep me informed about the arrival time. Very friendly and professional.

They were both very quick and thought efficient, but the Micro wave is slightly loose above the stove and we found a black screw on the floor that didn't make it back into the microwave. Don't know what it is for.

I set up a repair through Best Buy. I later called them to cancel 3 days before the appointment. I got an email from Sears who I didn't know would be doing the work. I replied that I needed to cancel. The day before the cancelled appointment I got another email telling me the time which I also cancelled. The day of the appointment I got an automated phone call saying someone was on their way. I had no way of contacting the repair person. He showed up and was very pleasant and understanding, saying this happens all the time. What a waste of time and gas!

For 3 months we have been waiting on parts and to have our microwave repaired. What we have gotten is frustration. Today, having been told that a senior tech would be here to either fix the appliance or approve a replacement, what we get is told that they need to order more parts. Not this time. We are done. All parts on this machine have been replaced at one time or another.

Run the company better not organize In fact I'm thinking about not going with this company for the New Year's. It makes me feel uneasy, and the reviews are terrible. The technicians that I've had so far doing the best they can

I was not confident that Mj knew what he was doing. He made several visits to his truck, I presume for advice, and then had a difficult time determining how to get the parts back in line with the microwave. Once the parts were in place and the microwave was turned on it started to spark and he said the magnetron was bad and needs to be replaced. We had no problems with the magnetron before this repair. He informed me that the magnetron is no longer made and that the microwave will need to be replaced. I do appreciate him coming on short notice but we have a home repair contract with Sears and have been without our microwave now for over a month.
Richard B,
Olive Branch, MSNot serviceable
Tech showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem then discovered it was not serviceable by sears. He put everything back to where it was and left. The tech was good and did what he could.

Colorado Springs, COMicrowave Inspection
Technician was told about reported electrical shock. Prior to inspecting, technician commented that an electrical shock was not possible from the door/control panel area. Unit was then plugged in to power source and technician attempted to recreate the shock hazard by wiping his hands over described area. Technician could not replicate the hazard and said that there was nothing else he could do and left. Technician was not very friendly and did not appear to be willing to further troubleshoot the problem.
