Hard to get ahold of company.
Tech was great. Your company canceled on me and took two weeks to get to my repair. You need some humans to speak to.

Technician looked at all possibilities for the problem of not venting out we found that it is a design deficiency from GE they have it set up where it only events out on one side the other side has no ductwork going to the outside vent the design is unacceptable

Had to come twice. Second time brought a helper for removing the microwave. Corrected the problem and put the microwave back up. They were walking out the door when I realized it was not installed probably. Had to run and get them and had to do it over again. Was supposed to send me a receipt for the work even though under warranty and I haven't gotten it. Nice guys but not real proficient.
