He was great but getting him there was impossible your customer service was terrible. I had an appointment and no one showed up twice. Your not ever able to speak to a person to check on things only a computer that never can answere your questions

The repairman checked used his tools to determine microwave fuse and another issue was going on, it's not working properly & told me that parts will be needed and he would contact his company & my Home warranty soon for cost of parts shortly. I gave him my email address. He let me know each step that had to do in order to properly repair the appliance. Next day wait for company to get back to me with more info.

He had fhe parts delivered to my place to fix the microwave door. In the beginning the microwave tripped where it wad plugged from a different outlet than the problematic oven. - then he realized the fuse busted, so he replaced it and the microwave worked. I know it was not the new circuit breaker!

I had a very simple problem that took visits to fix. 15 to look at the microwave and order parts and a return visit for 10 minutes to fix. However, I had to miss two days of work because the window was the whole day. Unacceptable, but not Mark's fault.

Technician was courteous and efficient. Explained why microwave could not longer be used. Said home warranty co. would contact us within 48 hours. They have not.
