shortly after he left. it has been 2 MONTHS 4 service calls & 13 PARTS TO FIX THIS I CANNOT GET THRU TO ANYONE AT CINCH ! THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !!!!!!!! I WANT TO "TALK"TO A REAL PERSON ABOUT THIS !!!!!!!!

I don't think Roger was my technician. the technician who did come was great because he gave me an idea of his arrival time and I didn't have to wait ALL day like I did for the first appointment. He was polite and efficient.

Michael installed the new circuit board and thought it didn't sound right yet. He called tech support to question this. Tech support said the different levels of the exhaust fan don't vary much in sound. I challenged this and then tried the fan myself. It wouldn't "boost" up so I knew it wasn't fixed. He then said he would install a new motor. However, he couldn't get the microwave out of the cabinet it was installed in. My husband was unable to help. So Michael left the motor for us to install. We are not satisfied with this "solution"! The microwave is extremely heavy and we won't be able to do this ourselves! What is your solution??

Joe was quick and efficient, polite enough but I could be a bit more friendly. Didn't introduce himself or really say hi. Just cane in asked what the problem was and then went to fixing it.

We were happy to have 2 hard working techs. They completed the repair by replacing parts. The only reason not a 5 is that the microwave was working before the repair and afterward the latch was broken and now the unit doesn't work until the new parts are ordered and sent. So can't use the microwave, have to have another whole day used up waiting for the technician. We have waited for the repairs for nearly 4 months. Now we wait longer.
