David has done a really good job repairing and explaining what went wrong and how to use properly so it may stop the occurrences of this problem from happening so frequently. It has happened several times before and we were never told why it kept happening by the other repair persons. He called in the Am to give us a better time frame so we did not have to wait at home all day and he arrived on time. He was very easy to work with and a very pleasant person.

The service by the technician was satisfactory. The scheduling was was ridiculous and terrible. This repair request was made early March with several no shows before finally getting someone to show up. Horrible service

This is the third time that the microwave went out and the fuse was replaced they need to replace what is causing this problem

Matthew seemed very knowledgeable in finding what was wrong with the microwave. However, maybe because the call was closer to the end of the day, he seemed a bit brusque when answering my questions. He said that I would get a replacement. I haven't from anyone. Am I supposed to call Grand Appliance or does that happen after the repair report goes through?
