Technician is fine
I didn't think the 25 year microwave would be covered. I told Sears over the phone I could not get to the model # or serial number because a person would have to pull the heavy Kenmore microwave out of the wall. I am too old to do it. Sears that would be no problem. The technician could do it. I was Right. It was a problem. The technician could not/would no pull it out. It was a waste of time.

Everything was fine till I saw four screws on my counter and one of my filters that was just 2 months old pushed up in the middle causing the filter to be unusable. There fire on have to purchase another one. Thses are soft aluminum filters. Microwave wave works but now I'm wondering for how long. Guess I'll need to save the screws.

Arturo worked on the service order to repair my built in microwave oven for approximately 5 hours. While it is not yet repaired, I appreciate the attention and patience he demonstrated while working through different problems he encountered with this repair. Arturo was advised by the company that a new service order would be placed on Monday.
