Review of microwave repair
Bryan, our repairman was spectacular and professional. However the company is perhaps the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will leave you wishing you had called any company other than them.

A timelier window for the technician's arrival would be helpful. Updates on arrival weren't helpful due to being 2hrs. later than posted.

Based on my observation and discussions with John, I consider him to be a master of the trade and ourselves to be the extremely fortunate recipients of his knowledge and positive approach to finding and fixing the problem with our 18-year old microwave. Mark came out twice. His work was excellent as was his personal communication. This entire repair took almost 10 weeks. The first techs out were poor. The parts and schedule communication was terrible. We spent hours on the phone trying to get all scheduled and completed. Parts orders were incorrect. Cinch Services was incredibly horrendous.

Coincidentally Henryk was the scheduled tech on an appointment that I didn't make a week prior. When I explained to him I wasn't home he became a little pushy in regards to rescheduling. Even today, he called hours before I scheduled to see if he could come. However, once he got here he was nice & efficient. He even correct Ed something that wasn't done when the appliance was installed.
