good work but too expensive
I signed up for the Sears service program primarily because I had a specific problem with my Microwave which needed to be fixed. the job cost me well over $600 (for a microwave!!!) You'd think they would give me discount as I have comitted to spend a lot of money with them for my contract. They did fix the problem but I'm not sure if it was worth the money.

Zach was quick knowledgeable and friendly. As far as the parts, replaced/ installed.. there was only 1 part shipped to my house to be replaced. A PCB board. THE BILL ,( I didn't have to pay for due to warranty) showed more than one part charged. As an advanced HVAC Tech that I am, I am embarrassed to see additional parts on the bill! I would never be able to get away with this in my trade. Be aware that that some or many customers are knowledgeable and capable of the repairs you provided. Troy did a get job of repairing our microwave. Very efficient and personalable. It just took over 2 months to get it repaired.

Once he got here he was good. But my app told me he would be here at 2:36pm then it changed to 2:54 and he didn't show up until around 4.

Thank you for fixing the microwave - Although it took over a month due to inability to find the parts- The only concern I have is about the filters under the microwave: one is missing, and the other one was left hooked inside.
