I submitted this request on Sept 22 it was about a month ago and they finally came today and fixed it Oct 20. The wrong part was ordered first and had to reorder a new part after a visit. My scheduled service also has been canceled a few times and needed to reschedule and sometimes without any notice

The guy was very nice and he was going to submit for a product replacement. He was going to call 2-10 home warranty and was going to call me back with the details and next steps. I have not heard back from him yet, so just awaiting his phone call.

We are most disappointed in Sears Home Service. Two appointments that we were given, namely for July 21, 2025 and August 19, 2025 were never kept be Sears. We kept each appointment, which required us to travel 500 miles to be at the property July 21,2025 and travel 300 miles for the Aug. 19, 2025 appointment. All for nothing as no service person turned up on either occasion.

He arrived within the designated time was professional, and performed a thorough diagnostic service and was teaching a new technician at the same time and was very thorough in his explanations to the new technician

The first day he was scheduled, he reported that he knocked on the door, found no one home and left. I was home waiting. Didn't hear knocking as I was upstairs. He didn't ring bell or leave a number where I could call him and request he return 2 minutes later. So I lost a day. Second day I stood by door so I caught him . No complaints about visit.

I understand my service was denied and await better explanation. Gary was thorough and the original tech (Harold) May have mis-identified my equipment! Waiting!!
