Raymond arrived at the estimated time and looked at the microwave and said parts were not available for repair. No change because I purchased the protect appliance plan. Disappointing that it cannot be repaired.

I was not at home when the repair was done but my husband was. He said everything was done and the workers were nice however; the light on the inside of the microwave does not come on. I don't believe my husband realized it until after they left. Although it does not affect the cooking or heating process it would be much nicer to be able to see the food inside the microwave and would appreciate it if they could return at some point to to repair the light

Isaac worked quickly once he arrived. He deserves high marks, however the service as a whole lacks quite a bit There is no way to contact anyone with Sears if you have a problem which we did. For Sears I rate 0 out of 5.
