Robert was very professional as he gave us the bad news- the 19 yr old microwave's circuit board has failed, and there's no source to replace it. Better to look into replacement if the entire unit.

Everything went well with Cornelius on day of service 11/28/25. Did a test run everything was good. Yesterday 11/29/25 the microwave didn't work at all, unable to shut it off and there is burning odor. Unplugged microwave. Need to call for service AGAIN!
