Isiah is good technician. Professional, polite, competent. Sears Home Services on the other hand came to fix our microwave in September 2022. After sending out 3-4 different technicians and replacing several parts, they abandoned us. The last I heard from them was a part was being ordered. Choice Home Warranty closed that claim and reopened with another company who, to make a long story short, abandoned us too. Hence , it was reassigned again to Sears Home Services. The technician arrived and determined the unit needed to be totally rebuilt or replaced and said would check with CHW. Next thing I know case was canceled with Sears HS and reassigned again.

The tech had to replace thee fused bulb . W e were told he was coming at 9:45 am but he came at 12:45pm, We did appreciate the updates via email . I was surprised that this time we did not get the emails via text messages. I had to keeping going back to my email to check on his ETA
