Bill arrived within the timeliness provided and got to work. He was careful to protect the stove top and controls on the front of the stove. After 15 mins or so, he revealed that the microwave was unfixable and explained the next steps. He cleaned up behind himself and left. It wasn't the response we were hoping for, but I appreciated his straightforward explanation and we'll wishes.

The technician was great but the process was not. It took several calls to GE because there was no way to speak a rep at AE, our appt was cancelled with no explanation, and the web sight just sends you in circles when you click on " microwave"
