Joe is a professional and knowledgeable appliance repairman. He determined that the microwave could not be repaired. He explained the steps in the process to replace the microwave. Over the years, he has kept my appliances in good working order. He is excellent.

Joey was very professional and ran diagnostics on my microwave to try to determine the problem. Unfortunately, the problem did not recur over three attempts to diagnose the problem. He explained the possible causes and encouraged us to call back if the problem recurs rather than guess at a possible solution.
