Great Service
As he walked in the door "Jamal" introduced himself to me and my husband. He asked what appliance we needed repaired. After we told him he started working on it. His phone was telling him it was our microwave but it wasn't. I had tried 3-4 times to get the home insurance company to change it to the oven not a microwave. I am still trying. Jamel was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why he had to wait in his truck for approval! The world needs more people like him!
