On time true professional friendly Only one issue we thought it was fixed with the adjustments he made but at 1030 this evening I went to heat up my coffee and the microwave had stopped working again. I believe the latches on the door are worn and thats why contact is not being made all the same symptoms as before. Light comes but not heat or rotation clock counts down but heat not being generated. Thomas adjusted the switches and all worked fine. Until I went to use it as previously stated. I pray his work is warrantied and he will return at earliest convenience to recheck his work and make the necessary corrections. We appreciated Victor's expertise. He worked neatly and efficiently. He knew right away what the problem was, and had the replacement parts to repair our microwave! We really wish the scheduler wouldn't pack his day. We waited all day and had no idea when he would come. And there's no real person to ask. When you call, you get a recording.
