Perfect Technician and Repair Service
Michael is amazing. If I could give him 1000 stars, I would. He arrived early / kept me informed as his schedule shifted thru the day, and was quick to diagnose and repair the issue effecting our microwave. He was just an absolute joy to talk to and laugh with. Really a super great guy. Thanks so much!

Lamon was friendly and efficient. He was also training another gentleman while performing the service. They were quiet and polite the entire time. The work was done swiftly, and everything seems to be working just fine with the microwave now. Lamon even pointed out an issue with the microwave - a point where it still works, but there was a loose screw and a portion of the top of the microwave that was slightly broken. He said to repair it would not be covered by the service fee - because it did not hinder the functionality of the microwave, but we appreciated him pointing it out to us nonetheless.
