Kevin is very professional and he knows what he's doing! If I ever in the future I have trouble I would love to have him as the person that comes to my house.

From start to finish, the experience with Sears Home Services was excellent. They over communicated with texts and calls confirming my appt and did exactly what they said they were going to do and Robert (the tech that was assigned) was nothing but exemplary in how he handled our repair! Saved us from buying a new microwave! The entire experience was fantastic!

He worked diligently to fix the appliance , he not only fixed the appliance he was scheduled for but also the range which I had recently put in a work order for , he diagnosed the problem and ordered replacement parts for the range and got it working for us to use in the time being while waiting for the parts.
