I don't care for Sears Home Service, I had to wait three months to get my microwave fix, it was working as long as the technician was here at my home, as soon as he left the problem started all over again, now I'm again out of the used of my microwave. Thomas was given an impossible job...repair of a 16 year old microwave. It took Sears Home Warranty about a month to get the parts. to us. One repairman came earlier and ordered the parts...then another but only some of the parts were here....many calls later all the parts came but the microwave is too old and he finally had to order a new microwave. This coupled with a second appliance needing repairs and then also needing replacement and I coulnd't connect with Sears so wrote to our consumer affairs office and their letter triggered a Cinch response FINALLY and I HOPE we are getting the replacement offered but have no idea when! Your communication robootic system is AWFUL
