Veaseslav (V) provided excellent customer service to me yesterday. He was assigned to do the preventive maintenance check on my microwave. I also had five other appliances to be checked. I was frustrated because the scheduling office had told me the technician would arrive by noon… v was only given the microwave ticket leaving someone else to do the others and having me wait for another technician to get to me.. v offered to take all 6 appliances but was told by scheduler that the other tech was 20 min away. (That was actually not correct as the technician did not arrive for two additional hours ) V explained to me that the appointments are always scheduled with an 8–5 window and not split up into morning or afternoon.. that had not been explained to me by the scheduling staff. v has been to my house before and always done an excellent job on all of my appliances. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for him as far as his job performance and his exceptional customer satisfaction skills. I hope you all appreciate him as much as I do!

Very professional, prompt, courteous, neat , and he fixed my washing machine! He also gave me very valuable information on use of minimal LIQUID laundry detergent, planni smaller loads, keeping the detergent compartment clean inside and within the compartment area. He and the partner on this job encouraged me to periodically use the product made for periodic "cleaning" of the washer and dishwasher appliances. He is an asset to Sears home Repair services.
