He said his name was Scott, from the Tuscaloosa, Al area, Very friendly and easy to understand that the microwave parts were very expensive to replace and estimate was way to much, decided to not repair. Will buy another to replace.

He did a thorough inspection of my microwave and determined the source of the problem. The replacement part costs were so high (almost double the value of the microwave). He spoke with the main office, and they are looking at alternatives solutions for a win-win situation for the company and for myself. I appreciated that!
