Andy is a delight to work with. Experienced pleasant professional. Andy's first visit: he was on time, he quickly accessed the issue with my micro wave. The part was ordered and a time to complete the repair was given. He arrived today to repair my micro wave and came prepared with tools, his own step stool, and cloth to cover my cook top to ensure no damage was incurred while working on the micro wave. He quickly accomplished the repair cleaned up the work area. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

It's all in the the title of my review. Charles arrived with a plan. He followed the plan. He knew what needed to be accomplished and did it. It also helps when you know your job and your customer's appliance is maintained in good working order.

Greg kept us informed of his delay in arriving for his repair. He was polite and kept his mind on his work. Afterward he cleaned up the work area quite well. When he heard us mention that our oven takes a long, long time to warm up and also takes longer to bake than any recipe calls for, he offered to fix that.
