He is very knowledgeable. He figured out hiccups quickly and my microwave now works. Except being held up by a power outage he would have finished up quicker. We love Leon and want him back next time we need someone. He is very smart, friendly and respectful. Can't ask for much more!

Kevin called approximately an hour before our appointment to let us know what time he would arrive. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was well mannered, warm and very professional. Best of all he inspired confidence. I felt that he would follow up as he promised. We've had such dismal service with Sears Warranty repair people. You should clone Kevin! Thank you Mrs. Martin

It took over 3 1/2 months to finally repair my microwave. How can you have the word "Service" in your title when it makes glaciers look like NASCARS? This is the third service on my microwave. A new one would have been cheaper, particularly since you couldn't find a transformer in stock. In the previous repair your shipping department sent three sets of the parts required. You guys don't even know what has been done.
