This young man is both personable and quite knowledgeable. He gave the appliances a thorough inspection and found an answer to two issues I had lived with for a few years. Definitely a keeper!!!! I would like to keep this young man as an assigned service tech to my warranteed appliances, if that is possible.

The service provider Thomas N was so pleasant and courteous. Our Toy Poodle loved him to death. She usually doesn't like strangers. It was a pleasure speaking with him. We had a nice conversation while he was here. My husband was not home at the time but I truly was impressed with Thomas N.
