James came by late this morning to say hello and that he was in a conversation with appliance insurance company about replacing our broken microwave. He then left to get more information. He returned about 15 minutes later and confirmed that our microwave would be replaced. He gave some information about the process and then needed to leave to get to other customers. Thank goodness we now have an answer!
