Scott was very professional and efficient. His work space was clean and organized. The Technicians are good but the Company would get 1 star. My Microwave has been broken since 7/17/23. I paid my $100.00 co payment only to find out 9/25 that it can't be fixed. 60 days, not good service

Our new microwave suddenly stopped working. We made an appointment for repairs, and a week later a technician arrived to examine our appliance. He discovered a wire was not connected to the power source and corrected it. Pleasant man with experience.
