The technician was very good. He explained why the replacement part was not the same as an original. He explained why we still cannot see the panel clearly. Why we have to stand to 1 side to read the numbers instead of being able to stand in front of the panel. Why we have to touch the panel several times to get it to function. I do not fault the tech. How ever I am not pleased with the results of the new parts.
