I work for a National residential builder as a construction manager and assist many home owners with their warranty claims related to their appliances. I have never personally gone through the warranty process until now. It was an excellent experience! Robert was excellent at communication and was able to complete my repair in less than 15 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Robert to anyone and everyone! I hope the home owners I assist with warranty claims get the pleasure of working with Robert.
