Not chatty or super friendly - got right down to business and installed the parts that he ordered last visit. He was quick and efficient . Could have been a little cleaner but the dirt he left behind took me 3 mins and some damp paper towels . I rated his end result which is a working microwave!

James is very professional in coming into my home and working on appliances. I would prefer that he always work on my machines that need service. Does not waste time talking about anything that is not relevant to his visit.
