Don and John did an excellent job of not only diagnosing the problem and replacing the failed part but Don did a leak detection after reinstalling the microwave. John was able to replace the trim ring, despite worn screws from the initial installation. What a team!

Daniel has done an excellent work , he has picked the issues created by previous technician . It was hard to stay without oven for 1 month due to the negligence of previous technician who fixed the initial problem but created another small problem .

Got to the problem quickly. Had wait for parts to complete repair. All went smooth. Even helped with extra services. Too bad our home warranty co was so inefficient and wasted everybody's time. It was Choice by the way.

Patrick demonstrates detailed understanding of the equipment he services, and a reasonable approach in situations in which the source of the difficulty is not immediately obvious. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, and shares ideas for avoiding a recurrence of the same or similar problem. Sears Home Services, itself, could stand some improvement, but we like to think of Patrick as our Mr. Fixit.

The service was excellent, but I definitely don't like the "up-selling" me of products and service I don't want rather than focus on the problem I called about. I came very close to hanging up and calling another service.
