My origina appointment was for 9/22/23. No one showed and it was automatically rescheduled 4 more times. No one showed until today, and each time I had to be home and wait for 4 hours with no word from Sears that the tech wouldn't be coming, except for one time where they actually called and said the tech wouldn't be there and rescheduled. The tech did a good job, but Sears needs to get their act together on scheduling.
